Bono is pissing off all the Rednecks

Bono and Patrick Swayze are embroiled in a dispute over who invented a much-maligned 80’s hair style. “I read somewhere that people think Patrick Swayze invented the mullet,” Bono said, reports Australia’s MX. “Someone needs to tell him I invented the mullet.”

Uh...I wouldn't own up to that even if it was true. It would appear that Bono didn't spend any time at Wal-Mart or the Piggly Wiggly in Gafney, S.C. It would also appear that he isn't much of a Nascar fan either.

Not only that, but David Bowie clearly stated HE invented the mullet during his glam rock days. Duke it out and let us know when you have come to a decision. In my opinion, I think the winner has to get another mullet haircut and wear it for at least a year.
